Scale of project: Annual output of product: sintered flyash haydite: 200,000 cubic meters; sintered flyash haydite building block: 150,000 cubic meters; sintered flyash, coal gangue and porous shale block: 40 million pieces; sintered flyash, coal gangue and shale high-heat-insulation composite hollow brick: 5 million pieces; pressed sintered flyash building block: 150,000 cubic meters.
Brief description on the project: According to the requirements in national adjustment measures on industrial policies, at the end of 2008, clay-made solid brick will be utterly prohibited, therefore, new, light and energy-saving wall material will develop at faster speed, so to fill in local blank. According to statistic data, only in Jiamusi economic region, the annual demand of wall material(after converted into standard brick) is over 300 million pieces. The technological content of the product is high, the adding volume of waste is large, freezing-thaw matter of flyash building block has been solved, the product is especially suitable for the construction in north highly-cold region. The project may not only bring excellent economic benefit to enterprise, but also own excellent energy-saving and environment-friendly benefit.
The raw materials necessary for the project products mainly include flyash, coal gangue, slag and shale, these resources are rich and may completely meet requirements.
